What is it?
The concreting kit is a handy assistant for concreting floors. It consists of post base hangers, which are drilled into the base layer using screws (turbo screws) and guiding pulling tubes. On the concreted surface, hangers form a net. The height of hangers and thus the concrete layer is regulated by screwing the hanger. The entire grid of hangers is levelled using a levelling laser (or spirit level) before the actual concreting. The concrete is pulled off by means of a pulling lath, which is pushed along the guiding tubes placed in the U-hanger profiles. Only this way of aligning the whole grid at the same time before concreting ensures the perfect plane of the whole surface, eliminates the waiting for the pulling strips to dry, or any instability of other structures.
The system can also be used with an already installed insulation. In this case, anchoring pads are first placed on the surface into which hangers are then drilled.
Where can I use it?
- indoor concrete
- outdoor concrete
- concreting on a slope
- accurate alignment and slicing of other materials (gravel, clay, etc.)
- preparation for paving
For what foundations can I use it?
- concrete foundation
- compacted soil
- other compacted homogenous foundations
- polystyrene using anchoring pads
And what are the advantages?
Precision plane
The possibility of levelling the entire grid of hangers before concreting eliminates the additional need for levelling and significantly reduces the amount of self-levelling screed.
Foundation variability
The kit can be installed not only on solid substrates, but also on various homogeneous materials (e.g. polystyrene).
Concreting on a slope
It is easy to create precisely sloped surfaces from concrete or other materials.
Repeated use
Hangers are gradually removed and reused.
Strength
The installed system is fixed, nothing wiggles, falls or tilts, and guiding tubes are guided precisely along hangers.
Simplicity
Usage is very simple; the installation can be done by both a handyman and professional.

Tips:
How do I calculate how many hangers I need?: in the longitudinal direction (direction of laying the pulling tubes) the recommended spacing of the hangers is 0.75 m, in the transverse direction (direction of pulling lath) 1.2 -1.5 m. We recommend 20 cm - 30 cm spacing from all edges of the wall. For a 20 m2 room (4x5m) we will need: for 5 m in the longitudinal direction of 7 hangers (6 hangers x 0.75 m = 4.5m, 2 x 0.25 m distance to the walls, plus 1 initial hanger, a total of 7 hangers), for 4 m in the transverse direction 4 hangers (3 hangers x 1.2 m = 3.6 m, 2 x 0.2 m wall clearance, plus 1 initial hanger, total 4 hangers), i.e. 4x 7 hangers = 28 hangers.
I have different base layers (steel mesh) of insulation and I do not know if the offered length of the screws will be enough - we will supply other screw lengths, call us, we will discuss this with you and advise.
